Terms of Service

By creating a Kazalog account or using Kazalog in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Kazalog.

In these terms, “Kazalog”, “we” and “us” mean the Kazalog service. “You” and “merchant” mean the person who creates an account and a store. “Customers” means the people who visit your store.

Kazalog lets you publish a product catalog at your own link and receive orders from your customers as WhatsApp messages. Customers browse your store, add products to a cart and send the whole order to your WhatsApp number in one message.

Kazalog is a tool, not a marketplace or a seller. We are not a party to any sale between you and your customers. We do not collect payments from your customers, deliver orders, or handle returns. All of that happens directly between you and your customer.

• You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract under Egyptian law.
• Give accurate information when you sign up, including your name, email and mobile number, and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• Each account has one store.
• Kazalog may require you to verify your email address before your store becomes visible to the public.

If you think someone else has accessed your account, change your password and contact us right away.

You own the content you add to Kazalog, including your store name, logo, product titles, descriptions, prices and images.

You give Kazalog a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, copy, resize, compress and display that content, only to run your store and provide the service. This license ends when you delete the content or your store, except for copies kept for a limited time in backups.

You are responsible for your content. Your prices and descriptions must be accurate, and you must have the right to use every image and text you upload.

You may not use Kazalog to:

• Sell or advertise anything illegal in Egypt, or goods that require a license you do not have, such as weapons, drugs, medicines or counterfeit products.
• Infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark or other rights.
• Mislead or defraud customers, including with false prices or products you do not intend to deliver.
• Publish adult, hateful or violent content.
• Impersonate another person, brand or business.
• Send spam, or collect other people’s data without permission.
• Attack, overload, scrape or try to break into Kazalog or any other store.

Orders reach you on WhatsApp, a service run by a third party with its own terms. Kazalog does not control WhatsApp and is not responsible for messages that are delayed or not delivered.

You alone are responsible for confirming orders, taking payment, delivery, returns and refunds, and for complying with Egyptian consumer protection law and any other law that applies to your business.

The customer information you receive on WhatsApp, such as names, phone numbers and addresses, is under your control. Use it only to handle the order and keep it safe.

• Kazalog has a Free plan and paid plans (Basic and Pro). The limits and features of each plan are shown on the pricing page and in your dashboard.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in Egyptian pounds through Paymob, our payment provider. If you save a card when you pay, your plan renews automatically each billing period until you cancel or turn automatic renewal off. Otherwise we remind you before each renewal so you can pay.
• Card details are saved by Paymob, not by Kazalog.
• You can cancel or downgrade at any time. The change takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep your plan until then.
• When you upgrade, your new plan starts immediately at its full price, and unused time on your previous plan is not refunded or credited.
• Payments are not refunded for partial periods, except where the law requires a refund.
• If a renewal payment fails, you get a 7-day grace period with full access. After that, your store moves to the Free plan limits.
• When your store moves to a lower plan, content above the new limits is hidden from your store, never deleted. You can choose what stays visible.
• We may change prices. We will tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your plan.

We may suspend or remove a store that breaks these terms, harms customers or puts the service at risk. Where possible, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem first. A suspended store shows customers an “unavailable” page.

You can delete your store at any time from Settings. Deleting your store removes its products, categories, banners and images, and cannot be undone. See the Privacy Policy for what we keep afterwards and why.

The Kazalog name, logo, design and software belong to Kazalog. Using Kazalog does not give you any ownership of them. You may not copy, modify or resell the service, or use the Kazalog name in a way that suggests we endorse your business.

Kazalog is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it running and secure, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Kazalog is not liable for lost sales, lost profits, lost data or any indirect damages. We are also not liable for disputes between you and your customers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Kazalog in the 3 months before the claim.

We may update these terms as Kazalog changes. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in your dashboard before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page shows when the terms last changed. If you keep using Kazalog after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be decided by the competent courts of Egypt.

If these terms exist in Arabic and English and the two differ, the Arabic version applies.
